if I call the TPM service center, who will I be talking with?

The center is staffed by experienced, knowledgeable TPM Service Advisors. Each one brings special expertise in various aspects of TPM, and each one is cross-trained in all areas. The person who answers your call will probably be able to answer your question, but if not, they will know who to go to for the information you need.

what if I have a sensitive question – will my call be confidential?

We will always respect your privacy. However, depending on the situation and/or question, we may need to/be required to, discuss the situation with someone else to take further action. In either case, the caller will be informed.

I feel like we’re losing a member of our team, because our TPM service advisor is moving to the TPM service center. why make this change?

It’s true that the advisors are moving to a central location, but rest assured that they are still available to help you. In fact, you can expect enhanced service as a result of this change. A live person will answer the phone each time you call, even if another member of the team is in a meeting or out of the office. Instead of just having one or two people to go to with your questions, you now have access to an entire team of advisors!

why are all the personnel files being removed from the campuses?

Part of the centralized model is the consolidation of files to one complete and consistent personnel file, maintained in accordance with State and Federal guidelines. Additionally, Talent & Performance Management is implementing an aggressive document management strategy that includes scanning all personnel files, in addition to managing all other related records, ie. payroll backup.
