influenza (flu)

Staying safe this season is very important to your health. Influenza or its most common name "Flu" is a respiratory illness caused by the influenza virus. Some symptoms of the flu range from muscle aches, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea (can occur, but are more common in children), fatigue (tiredness), dry cough, sore throat and runny and/or stuffy nose. The flu is contagious, so its important to practice good hygiene and staying home when sick.
