Community Fitness Facilities  Fitness Center Applications & Rules
Sarasota County provides five fitness centers for employee & spouse use. Spouses are eligible to use the Administration Bldg., Cattlemen Complex, Englewood Sports Complex, & the Public Safety Bldg fitness centers. All fitness centers allow 24 hour access to eligible employees & spouses. In addition to county-owned fitness centers, local fitness facilities provide discounts to our employees.

River Road     Englewood, FL 34223     941-861-1980     The Englewood Sports Complex is more than 130 acres of recreational fields and recreation center.     Hours: (Public) Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.  Saturday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Evening hours are available      to County employees and County Spouses with County access card.     Amenities:  Community center; full gymnasium with basketball courts, two lighted outdoor courts, eight lighted      tennis court, four soccer fields, four lighted softball fields – two for adults, the other for children, four little league      baseball fields, two senior league baseball fields, locker rooms for men and women, weight room and fitness      center (minimum age requirement, check with the front desk at the complex).	1660 Ringling Blvd 1301 Cattleman Road

Lifestyle Family Fitness      Lifestyle Family Fitness Online Corporate Discount Sarasota County employees are now eligible for the exclusive Lifestyle Corporate Membership Program when registering online. Shapes Total Fitness For Women    Shapes Free 30 Day Corporate Pass & County Employee Discount Women, whether that is employees, spouses or dependants of Sarasota County Government are eligible for a free 30 day membership and a discounted membership rate that waives the enrollment fee ($120 savings).
